We require payment at time of service. Surgical procedures require a deposit at drop-off when an estimate is presented to you.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and CareCredit. We do NOT accept personal checks.

Many owners purchase pet insurance to help them afford health care for their pet family members. We are pleased to provide you with copies of your pet medical records for submission to your insurance company. The following is a list of pet insurance companies you might like to explore:

All patients must be on a leash or in a carrier when they are brought into the hospital. This is to protect your pet and our other patients.
In order to provide optimal care for your pet, we operate primarily by scheduled appointments. We make every effort to run on schedule with minimal delays. When delays are encountered, we aim to keep you informed as to when your pet will be seen. First time clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time, to fill out any necessary forms and to have previous records scanned into your file. Consider having any previous records faxed to us from previous veterinarians or referral hospitals well in advance of your visit.
For your convenience, we do offer drop-off appointments for established clients. After speaking with a technician or the veterinarian, you will be asked to drop off your pet at a time convenient for you. Your pet will be examined, and the doctor will contact you with recommendations for diagnostics and/or treatment. Discharge papers will be provided when you pick up your pet, for a written record of services performed during the day.
Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late for their appointment may be asked to reschedule. In some cases, you can be seen in between other appointments, but there may be a significant wait time which we will try to estimate for you.
In order to avoid a $36 no-show fee, please cancel or reschedule your appointment more than 24 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance may incur the no-show fee at our discretion.
Established clients who have potentially life threatening emergency situations will always be given top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay may be encountered. We abide by the golden rule and would ask for your understanding if and when we give immediate attention to a critical case who may not have been scheduled for an appointment. If your pet has an emergency at any time and you are unable to reach us, contact an emergency facility nearest to you.
