Missy
Client Services

Growing up in the country and working with children helped shape my deep-rooted compassion and care for all living things. When I moved to the city, that same passion inspired me to pursue a career in animal care. I've now been working in the veterinary field for over 12 years, and I can honestly say there's nothing more rewarding than helping animals and the people who love them.

Animals have always been a big part of my life—I've had dogs, cats, hamsters, guinea pigs, and even rats! Currently, I share my home with my sweet dog, Pebbles. Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends, and I especially love FaceTiming with my grandkids. My husband and I have been happily married for 26 years, and I'm so grateful for the life we've built together.

Sam
Technician, Inventory Coordinator

*Certified in Low-Stress Handling

Born and raised in Philadelphia, I've always had a deep love for animals and a passion for caring for them. Working as a veterinary technician allows me to combine compassion, dedication, and hands-on care to help animals live healthier, happier lives.
Outside of work, my world revolves around my daughter and our little animal family of three cats and a dog who keep life busy and full of love.
When I'm not caring for patients or spending time with my family, I'm dreaming about the future. One of my biggest goals is to one day own a farm where I can continue working with animals, create a peaceful space for my family, and live surrounded by the animals I've always loved.

Nicole has had a variety of pets including cats, hamsters, fish, and even a pet snail! She is currently enrolled in Penn Foster’s Veterinary Technician Associate’s Degree program and is working towards her goal of becoming a Certified Veterinary Technician.

In her free time, Nicole enjoys spending time with her friends and cat, exploring the city, and caring for her growing plant collection.
